This addition and renovation project stemmed from the clients desire for a new defined entrance and a larger living area that would open to the garden. JZA+D transformed the existing garage into a new entrance and redistributed available space to create spacious living room, home office and bathroom. 

New siding, windows, roofing and exterior finishes were added to not only complement the existing exterior of the house, but also create a unique and exciting addition to the structure.
