Ashley Servis is a graduate of the New York School of Interior Design, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Art in Interior Design. For her thesis project, Ashley transformed the 5Pointz NYC building in Long Island City into a street art museum! As early as high school and throughout college, Ashley worked at interior design businesses, learning how to connect with clients to help them define their personal design goals. With over a decade of experience in the design field, Ashley joined JZA+D in 2014, where she has worked on a number of projects in residential, institutional, and commercial interiors, including Taiho Oncology, the Cafe at 1009, and the amenity spaces at Carnegie Center 101 Lower Level.
Ashley brings to her professional career a passion for design in many forms. In her spare time she enjoys working on hands-on creative projects; she has taken classes in furniture making and art, figuring out how to craft furnishings and window treatments she admires. Ashley has volunteered her time to participate in DIFFA’s Dining by Design as well as NYSID’s student council. A firm believer in utilizing the power of design to enrich people’s lives, Ashley pursues this ideal every day as an interior designer at JZA+D.
