Pam McStay

Marketing Coordinator

Pam McStay is an Architecture Marketing Professional with over ten years’ experience in the A/E industry. Her experience includes oversight for responses to RFQ and RFP solicitations, including coordination of the full consultant teams. She has prepared teams for client interviews, ranging from local charter schools to the General Services Administration and National Park Service.

Pam also has experience preparing award nominations and published pieces for projects including courthouses, colleges and universities, museums, and theatres. She received praise from one organization, stating that her submissions were always beautiful and the highlight of their annual program. Pam has also prepared AIA Fellowship nominations for two architects, one of which was selected as a “Best in Class” sample for future submitters to reference. Pam has overseen the planning, hosting, and follow-up to several company client events. She handled the invitation list, design, printing, and mailing of invitations, name tags, programming of project highlight displays, gift bags, set-up and clean-up of the venues, and assisted with vendor selections. In addition to her marketing work, Pam’s graphic skills have been used by clients for exhibit boards, event invitations, advertising, and company branding.

Pam derives energy and excitement from working with architecture project teams. She believes the tenor of a project firmly begins in the early marketing stage and carries through the post-project publishing. She loves being part of the team and delights in being the archivist for a firm’s body of work. Pam holds a BA from Muhlenberg College. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, photography, and hanging out with her family.
