Situated within the grandeur of The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, Restaurant Charlie embodies a warm, inviting atmosphere complemented by the creative, Asian-inspired cuisine of world-renowned Chef Charlie Trotter. JZA+D designed the 8,000 square foot space to capture the true essences of Trotter’s culinary expertise by blending traditional architectural and interior elements with elegant new innovations to maintain a modern and inviting experience.
The space features a number of unique characteristics including the kaiseki-style Bar Charlie and the chef’s table suspended above the kitchen. From the Japanese-inspired lacewood piers to murals of images right out of Chef Trotter’s cookbooks to horizontal bands of figured Anegre, the design of Restaurant Charlie leaves no detail unaccounted for.
