1009 Lenox Drive was constructed in the late 1980’s and is the largest building within the Princeton Pike Corporate Center commercial office campus. When Prism Partners acquired the office park in 2013, they embarked on a goal of refreshing the property to reflect modern standards and provide a more functional and interactive office campus. The 1009 Lenox project includes both interior and exterior work. The interior renovations will transform the 5,000SF three-story atrium space into the center of the building’s amenities. 

These building amenities include a new cafe, casual dining areas, and informal gathering spaces. Additionally, a new stair will improve building circulation and connectivity for all occupants, creating a more social atmosphere. New furnishings will complete the design. This design solution will create a focal point in the building campus and encourage tenants to interact in the new common areas.
