1009 Lenox Drive was constructed in the late 1980’s and is the largest building within the Princeton Pike Corporate Center commercial office campus. When Prism Partners acquired the office park in 2013, they embarked on a goal of refreshing the property to reflect modern standards and provide a more functional and interactive office campus.

On the building exterior, the four main entrances will be revitalized, eliminating the post-modern landscape and entry details with new canopies and a visually exciting storefront. Additional lighting and access from the parking areas will offer convenience and a better sense of the security for the building tenant, transforming the dated building into a modern, comfortable, and convenient workplace environment.
