The 1009 Lenox project included both interior and exterior work. The interior renovations have trans-formed the 5,000SF three-story atrium space into the center of the building’s amenities. These shared amenities include a new cafe, casual dining areas, and informal gathering spaces. A new stair added to connect the upper level of the atrium bridge to the lower-level cafe and lounge areas improves building circulation and connectivity for all occupants, fostering a more social atmosphere. New furnishings complete the design. This design intervention has created a focal point in the build-ing campus, inspiring occupants to both action and interaction in the new common areas.

On the building exterior, the four main entrances are revitalized, eliminating the post-modern landscape and entry details with new canopies and a visually exciting storefront. Additional lighting and access from the parking areas offer convenience and a better sense of security for the building tenant, transforming the dated building into a modern, comfortable, and attractive workplace environment.
