Despaña, the successful Spanish market and café, with locations currently in SoHo and Queens, NY, expands into a spacious and promising new location in Princeton, NJ. Split between two levels and an outdoor patio, the café offers a variety of Spanish goods, from wines and jams to charcuterie cheeses and meats, along with a quick service to-go food counter.
Reclaimed wood floors, walnut cabinets, and carerra marble all work to balance the raw steel elements while red and yellow accents appear on the walls, furniture, and lighting, connecting to the brand’s iconic early 20th century industrial aesthetic.
