Moonlight Noodle House

Re-theming its popular Moonlight Night Market to the Moonlight Noodle House, the Sands Macao engaged JZA+D to create a dynamic and efficient restaurant space, conveniently placed for the adjacent casino’s clientele. Use of reds and golds—a color combination connoting good fortune in Chinese culture—in combination with moon motifs and natural material accents make the restaurant a contemporary and exciting resort destination. The furniture has been custom designed to complement the unique space and style, and openings into the kitchen offer glimpses of the food preparation to diners without disrupting the calm ambiance of the restaurant.
