A New Jersey-based consumer products company was looking to renovate their product development team’s office space on the main floor of their office building as part of this company’s return-to-work initiative; this renovation created a “Collaboration Hub” and 3 other scattered “Bull Pens”.

The space was refreshed with new interior finishes and furniture to optimize natural lighting coming into the space and to add flexiblity to their workplace. JZA+D added new conference rooms and open work stations for both fully in-person team members, looking for a change of scenery during the work day, and for hybrid-working team members visiting the office a few times a week.

The insertion of glass walls on existing office rooms wrapping the primeter and addition of transparent partitions to the tops of cubicles provide privacy at workstations while also opening up the office to allow more natural light to permeate throughout and into each cubicle.
