Situated at the crossroads of Interstates 287 and 80 in Parsippany, NJ, the LEED Gold certified building at 5 Wood Hollow Road sought a refresh of their 7,330 SF kitchen, cafe, and multipurpose room.
The reconfigured café entry provides a view through the café to the windows at the rear patio, making a visual connection to the exterior, while also providing access to the large multipurpose room.
The existing kitchen and café servery have been reduced in size based on a 30% participation rate of the 1,300 occupants during full occupancy. The cafe incorporates state-of-the-art AV and digital menus and is designed to be operational even when the servery is closed.
The new café seating areas incorporates a variety of furniture zones—lounge seating, hi-top tables with bar seating, and café tables—using modern, sleek and durable furniture selections.
