Located in Monmouth County, NJ, this consumer products manufacturing facility is open and operational 24 hours a day, where their existing 1,800-SF eatery and adjacent 500-SF overflow area were too small to accommodate mealtime rushes. The refreshed café, now capable of seating up to 65 employees, features 3Form pendant fixtures and a bold geometric LVT floor pattern to define the room. The circulation in and around the café was improved by removing and/or relocating some walls, creating a brighter and more open space. A mother’s room amenity was relocated to offer greater comfort and privacy, plus a sink and a dedicated refrigerator.

Pendant fixtures composed of acoustic material and a bold geometric LVT floor are featured alongside new chairs add pops of color, completing a brand-inspired color palette. A mix of seating options, a refreshed coffee self-service area, microwave stations, and lunchbox shelving offer a comfortable space for employees.
A colorful, translucent wire-hung screen visually separates the server line from the seating area with LED pendant lighting and overhead baffles in natural wood finish to match the new millwork for visual interest and noise attenuation.
The 300-SF kitchen was fully renovated, including installation of new equipment to improve the aesthetic and cafeteria operator performance. New quarry tile was also installed both in the kitchen and the back of house side of the servery.
