Manny’s District Lounge

The Harborside 3 property is part of a mixed-use building complex located on the waterfront in Jersey City with views of lower Manhattan. The design is driven by an amenity-focused demographic looking to engage, work, and dine in diverse and stimulating social settings. By day, the space functions as an ideal environment for a casual meeting or for hosting a corporate event. By night, the interior is transformed into a club atmosphere for kicking back and unwinding with friends and colleagues.

Completed in February of 2020, “Manny’s” accommodates multiple hospitality functions including a cocktail bar, an area for private presentations or film screenings, game tables for billiards and table tennis, an art gallery highlighting exhibitions by local artists, and chic lounge seating. The exposed structure, concrete floors, reclaimed wood, and leather furniture selections enhance the refined industrial character of the interior. Large window graphics provide curb appeal while providing privacy.
